Refund Policy

All sales are final.

American Scissor Gates is a division of American Industrial Door. We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind on items purchased through our website except in the case of defective workmanship, wrong item, or damage occurring during shipping.

Our policy lasts 3 days from when you have received your item. If 3 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.

Please inspect all items upon receiving them, and notify us through email if your item meets the above exception. Please include your receipt in the correspondence.

You must have an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) to return any product regardless of why it is being returned. Do not ship products to us without your RMA# clearly marked on the label or we cannot be responsible for the merchandise we receive, and your return cannot be processed,

Item Replacement
We replace items if they have a manufacturing defect or if they are damaged during shipping. During the return process we will notify you if/how we want the item returned. If a defective or damaged item requires a missing or replacement part, we may send you that part.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges in the case of wrong items being shipped to you. In the case of a wrong item, please follow the RMA# procedure. We offer only exchange for wrong items.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
